Are you craving a pause that you can feel deep within?

Yin Yoga is your slow, grounded, and meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body—fascia, joints, and ligaments—through long-held passive postures, typically held for 2–5 minutes. Props are used to support your body, to settle your nervous system, to create space and to release—not just in your joints, but in your mind and heart. Intentional stillness is its own transformation.

Benefits of Yin Yoga:

  • Improves joint mobility and flexibility

  • Stimulates fascia release and energetic flow

  • Supports nervous system regulation

  • Enhances emotional clarity, release, and presence

  • Restores balance after stress, activity, or burnout

  • Promotes stillness, surrender, and self-acceptance

Who it’s for:

Yin is for anyone in need of slowing down, softening in, and tuning inward.
It’s a perfect complement to heated or high-intensity classes—and an essential practice for recovery, integration, and restoration.

Beginners are deeply welcome. This class is less about what you do and more about what you’re willing to feel.
