Meet Krystle.

Krystle spent over 20 years as an ICU nurse, holding space through life’s most tender, raw, and transformational moments. In 2022, she answered a deeper calling—leaving behind the security of the hospital to walk a soul-led path of healing, creativity, and conscious entrepreneurship.

That journey has been its own transformation—one not guided by external systems, but by inner knowing, radical trust, and what she lovingly calls a slow-onboarding spiritual awakening.

Since reimagining her life, Krystle has reawakened to her innate gifts. She became a certified crystal practitioner and educator, teaching the wisdom of stones through both scientific grounding and energetic consciousness—bridging the seen and unseen.

In 2023, she completed her 26+2 Hot Yoga Instructor Training through 105F in Bali and has loved leading ever since. She’s currently completing her Board Certification in Nurse Coaching, a soul-aligned form of holistic coaching that helps others upgrade their health, happiness, and truth.

Krystle now offers upgrade-focused coaching that blends intuition, embodiment, and deep soul trust. She supports others in remembering who they are—and in creating lives that reflect that truth from the inside out.

As a poet, photographer, and visual artist, Krystle’s creative expression is inseparable from her healing work. Every image, every word, every session is an invitation to return to Source, and to remember the infinite power we each carry to live as large, luminous, and liberated as we’re meant to.
